Exchange / Return Policy

Our policy is for a 30 day period. Unfortunately, after 30 days of purchase, it is not possible to request a refund or replacement. To be able to make a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-refundable items include: * Gift cards * Downloadable software products * Some health and personal care items To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. There are situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable): * Books with obvious signs of use * Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record. * Any product that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or has parts missing, unless this is due to our error. *Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable): Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return merchandise. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically credit your credit card or original form of payment within a few days. Late or missing refund (if applicable): If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be processed. After that, contact your bank. Generally, there is a processing period before a refund is issued. If you have already done all this and have not yet received your refund, contact us via email at eusmishop@gmail.com . Promotional goods (if applicable): Only normal priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional goods are not refundable. Exchanges (if applicable): We will only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to replace the same item, send us an email to eusmishop@gmail.com and send your item to the address listed in the package, Italy. Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the amount of your return. You will receive a gift card in the mail once we receive your returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the person who made the purchase sent the item to themselves to deliver it to you personally, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift and that person will be informed of your return request. Shipping: To return, send the product to: send your item to the address shown in the package. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, return shipping times may vary. If you are shipping a product over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the item you return.
