Refund Policy

Our policy is 30 days.

Once 30 days have passed since purchase, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or replacement. To be able to make a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable):

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, video cassettes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records.
  • Any product that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts, through no fault of ours.
  • Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) : Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the goods. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or form of payment used for the purchase within a few days.

Late or missing refund (if applicable): If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to officially post. Promotional goods (if applicable): Only normal priced items are refundable, unfortunately promotional goods cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable): We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to replace the same item, please email us at

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of the return. You will receive a gift card in the mail once we receive your returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the person who made the purchase sent it to themselves to deliver to you personally, a refund will be sent to you and you will be notified that you requested a return.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, return shipping times may vary. If you are shipping an item valued over $75, consider the option of a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the item you return.
